The Job

• Part of regional team to provide both regional and local application related support
• Conduct analysis, development on existing systems and new systems
• Prepare system documentation like functional and technical specifications
• Perform system testing to ensure system meets users’ specification and document system testing results
• Assist users in conducting their user acceptance testing
• Support regional project implementation and carry out local project implementation
• Co-ordination with vendor and regional team on support and implementation

The Person

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
• At least 2-3 years working experience in Development, Support and System Documentation
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Developer Forms and Report, PL/SQL and Oracle database
• Knowledge in Oracle R12, Salesforce.com is preferred
• Knowledge in ASP.Net and MS SQL database is an added advantage
• Good Data modeling and analytical skills
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills as well as Coordination Skills
• Proficient in English, both verbal and writing
• Customer-service oriented, personally committed to meet service quality standards
• Willing to learn and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure and proactive

** Candidate with less experience can be considered as Programmer or Senior Programmer
