Job Description

• Provide Technical advice and support to Schools on Microsoft solutions, knowledge on Office365 for Education is a must
• Responsible for training educators on Microsoft solutions
• As Technical-in-Charge on managing devices and software for delivering professional training and events
• Keep track of competitive update in the K12 arena
• Maintain necessary IT documentation and user manual

Job Requirements

• Energized, Passionate and Aggressive Learner
• Holder of Diploma or above in Information Technology or related
• Prior school IT support experience will be a big plus
• Good command of English and Chinese
