We are sourcing candidates who experience in IT Support for government projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide software installation, upgrade and support on system and user workstations;
• Provide support on common OA applications;
  
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors. 

Requirement: 

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years of working experience; 
• Good knowledge of Windows OS (e.g. XP and Windows 7) and common OA applications (e.g. MS-Office, Lotus Notes) and IT security software;
• Experience in WAN/LAN, router/switch, network cabling infrastructure is an advantage;
  
• Proficient in Chinese and English.
