Job responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively and consistently the key security metrics with local executive management, operating companies and regional/global security management.
• Establish consistent communication and reporting throughout the region
• Align the security strategy with the regional operational, technology and financial model
• Be accountable towards key global security initiatives deployed into the region.
• Participate in annual IT audit
• Constantly review internal audit procedures in accordance to internal and external regulatory requirements
• Plan, supervise, and execute IT audit assignments
• Involve in IT governance reviews and technical assessments, and design internal control improvements
• Review technology landscape regularly to ensure security of the existing IT infrastructure and applications
• Provide consultancy advices on IT management and security

Requirements:

• Degree or above, major in IT, Computer Science, Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 7 years' experience in IT or Audit field, preferably in Banking and Financial industry
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CPA, CIA, CISA, and CISSP) are preferred
• Proficiency in using CAATs and performing system, and project implementation reviews
• Experience in information and network security management in the banking environment will be an advantage
• Mature, independent and with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
