Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Handle and troubleshoot on internal user’s technical enquires
- Prepare and record the Call Logs into the helpdesk system
- Handle general clerical and administrative support
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support the office operation when necessary
Job Requirements:
- F.5 or above with 1 year' IT helpdesk experience
- Good interpersonal skill, telephone manner and service attitude
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese
- Responsible, self-motivated, and independent
- Immediate available is preferable
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
