Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls
• Handle and troubleshoot on internal user’s technical enquires
• Prepare and record the Call Logs into the helpdesk system
• Handle general clerical and administrative support
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support the office operation when necessary

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above with 1 year' IT helpdesk experience
• Good interpersonal skill, telephone manner and service attitude
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese
• Responsible, self-motivated, and independent
• Immediate available is preferable 
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
