Job Nature:

- Responsible for handling full set of shipping and Import/Export documents, declaration and Tradelink;

- Coordinate with sales team and factory for timely order processing;

- Liaise with overseas customers, forwarders and shipping agents for shipment arrangement;

- Liaise with suppliers for ordering and shipment arrangement;

- Control and manage logistic expenses by any effective means;

- Inventory control and management;

- Provide all sorts of clerical, administrative and personnel support; Other ad-hoc assignment as required.

Requirements:

- Form 7 or above, with 5 years relevant experience;

- Well-versed in MS Office; Experience in using ERP;

- Good communication skill, detail-minded, organized and having strong sense of responsibility;

- Good written English and fair spoken Mandarin;

- Immediate availability is preferred.
