Job Duties:

- Responsible for order processing, handle customer enquiries and complaints

- To monitor customer needs, coordinate and follow up related orders / enquiries

- To be a member of the sales team for the respective account portfolio with the Account

  Manager and Sales Support Coordinator

- To identify order building opportunities through telephone sales expertise

- Liaise with global offices to ensure timely attendance of technicians

- Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Leader

Job Requirements:

- At least 1 - 2 years experience in dealing with customers, prepare quote and purchase order /

  BPO / Shipping industry experience would be an advantage

- Diploma Holder

- Excellent communication & teamwork skills, good time management, self-motivated and

  willing to work under pressure

- Willing to work overtime

- Have interest in Marine Safety products, equipment and services

- Proficient in English and Cantonese. Mandarin would also be an advantage

- Fresh graduates are also welcome
