Responsibilities:

• Handle and supervise daily accounting and operation functions
• Prepare financial forecast and performance information on a timely basis to facilitate the Management and business units in monitoring of their performance and sound business decisions making;
• Prepare management reports, budgeting & financial analysis;
• Review and recommend finance related policies and procedures in accordance with accounting regulations;
• Assess potential deals and explore new business opportunities by market research, valuation analysis and financial modeling.
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines;
• Familiar with HK accounting, taxation, regulations and operations;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in loan finance industry
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Proficient in MS Office applications with Chinese processing and knowledge of Oracle system an advantage;
• Able to work independently with efficiency and willing to meet tight deadline;
• Be responsible, self-motivated, well-organized with strong analytical skills and meticulous
• Immediate available is highly preferred
