Overall Purpose

Providing Treasury and Finance Support to Group Finance

Principal Job Responsibilities

Cash Management

1. Prepare the group cash position and cash flow report for management review.

2. Process payments for Common offices.

3. Perform central pooling for the group surplus cash.

4. Assist in streamlining bank accounts – identifying bank accounts to be closed and added.

5. Monitor of petty cash flow.

   Banking Facilities Management

6. Prepare and update banking facilities with details such as spread, security and amount.

7. Update and maintain list of financial guarantees provided by IDT Group to its group of companies

8. Check and ensure compliance with financial ratios in loan agreements such as gearing ratio.

   Operational (Reports and Administrative)

1. Update and maintain outstanding loans, deposit and FX reports.

2. Prepare and update hedging reports, month-end closing FX rates and interest rates for the Group

3. Prepare weekly Treasury reports – cash flow forecast, funds received.

4. Liaise with banks for placement of deposits, rolling over/drawing of loans, FX execution for operating payments.

   Accounting

   Liaise with external auditor for year-end

Qualifications and Experiences

1. Qualified Accountant, degree holder in Accountancy/Finance

2. Min. 8 years’ work experience in Treasury and Finance

3. Proficient in MS Excel, familiar with SAP system

4. Good communication skills, Detail oriented, responsive and pro-active

5. Fluent in both spoken & written English and Chinese
