Our client is an international, independent financial service provider of fiduciary services, fund administration, wealth structuring, family office services. They have offices across key financial centers globally.  Due to business expansion, they are looking for a Trust Administrator and Business Development Officer and the role is based in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer a portfolio of high net worth clients, serve as the main point of contact for client’s request
• Liaise with different stakeholders such as including lawyers, accountants, tax advisors and international banks in relation to trust or company activities
• Ensure the check of documents and records are maintained accurately and deal with statutory requirements
• Work closely with the senior management to support business development for China market
• Work closely with other team in delivering presentations to clients in China market

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Trust and Company Administration with knowledge of formation of companies in HK, BVI and Cayman
• Private trust and administration experience
• STEP certificate or in progress
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to handle business development
• Business level of Mandarin language skills
