We’re looking for a Process Analyst to join Target. This candidate is responsible to understand the business process and develop effective ways of working to enhance efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Document process maps, guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOP), including on-boarding packs (processes) for internal and external parties 
• Identify the current business processes and perform gap analysis on the existing ways of working against the standard workflows 
• Develop tools/ways of working for efficiency enhancement 
• Contribute to the implementation of process improvements 
• Embed and support process changes across various departments 
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the alignment of system and process changes 
• Provide day to day process support
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business, Operation Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in international company – preferably in Merchandising field
• Understanding of continuous improvement tools, such as Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, etc. 
• Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certified would be highly advantageous 
• Experience with application of process analysis and improvement 
• Experience in supporting process change 
• Able to work with various parties across all level and under tight schedule 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
