Responsibilities :

• Check proper authorization of payment vouchers and supporting documents.
• To handle full set of accounts and prepare accounting reports.
• Input suppliers' invoices timely and accurately.
• Prepare daily and monthly payments.
• Knowledge Peachtree account software or others
• Responsible for accounting and finance matters including management reporting, consolidation, cash flow management & internal control.
• Handle Payroll, MPF.
• Handle annual audit and Liaise with auditors and banker.
• Reporting to top management.
• Handle general company administration matters.

Requirements :

• University degree in Accounting or related disciplines.
• HKAAT / HKICPA holder
• At least 5 years of accounting experience in accounting field with Trading background.
• Proficiency in MS office software.
• Good communications skill in both spoken & written English & Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, willing to work under pressure and independently.
• Alternative 5 days work.
• Immediate of available is highly perferred.
