Job Description
Duties
- Assist in various HR operations including advertisement posting, recruitment administration, leave maintenance
- Records update & retention and filing
- Provide general administrative to the office, including office equipment, office renovation, renewal and facilities maintenance, etc.
- Handle various administrative tasks: travel and meeting arrangement, claim expenses, courier…
- Coordinate all company events and activities
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
- Immediately available is preferred
Requirements
- Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Able to handle multi-tasks with excellent organizational skills and task prioritization
- Responsible, proactive and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong PC skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
