Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily directing & screening fault-calls, Liaise & coordinate with in-country, Assist in preparing weekly / monthly fault logging reports for the management and Provide full administrative support on MSNC / NOC dept.

• Responsible for daily parcel & document arrangement on courier / internal courier services and Responsible for CMS update on the spare swapping in customer site against RCC team
• 7 x 24 Shift duty required

Job requirement

• Holder of Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
• 2 years or above of relevant working experience
• Self-motivated, work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills
