Our client is a globally-recognised Enterprise Firm based in Hong Kong. They are undergoing a transformation programme to improve all Enterprise Systems and finding new ways of working. Your will be responsible for Testing and Quality Assurance for systems in your portfolio, which will include business-critical applications.

You will manage resources, test strategy and execution.

•You will define and execute the test strategy, including design of methodology and tool selection.

•You will be in charge of the quality of testing, continually improving test approach and methodology.

•You will manage Testing / QA resources to ensure utilisation, as well as manage the development and uplift of the team’s skills.

•Work with other teams in development and release to ensure smooth flow of product through the SDLC.

•You will also be responsible for ensuring that the team continually uses industry best-practice in Quality Assurance and Testing.

Requirements for the role

•At least 10 years’ experience in IT, with at least 7 years in leading a QA/Testing team handling mission critical systems.

•Strong test delivery experience, with good understanding of industry best practice.

•Strong team management, leadership and mentoring.

•Must have strong Quality Orientation and Continuous Improvement.

•Professional qualifications in testing (CSTE) or Software Quality (CSQA) would be idea, IT Audit (CISA) would be a good value add.

•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Must be able to speak in English and Cantonese; Putonghua is preferred.
