Responsibilities

1. Report to Chairman and CEO, lead the financial function to establish financial strategy, planning and analysis in supporting business development as well as align with the Company’s strategic vision.
2. Direct the financial accounting functions including planning, developing, implementing and monitoring of the Group’s accounting and finance structure, internal control and corporate governance.
3. Coverage all the financial management matters of China, Hong Kong and overseas business.
4. Manage the production of the monthly consolidated management accounts and report providing value-added analysis and operational performance.
5. Oversee all financial compliance matters and regulators in jurisdictions where the group operates.
6. Responsible for the preparation of the annual report, interim report and announcements and circulars.
7. Participate in financing activities and M&As 
8. Liaises with independent auditors, bankers, corporation and other legal and tax advisers.

Requirements:

1. University degree in Accounting with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications
2. At least 10 years’ relevant experience in auditing, financial control, corporate finance and company secretarial functions with at least 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience serving as CFO or Financial Controller in Hong Kong listed companies
3. Finance management experience gained from sizable multinational corporation preferred
4. Well versed in Listing Rules, Corporate Governance and other related regulations;
5. Responsible, independent, self-motivate, result-oriented, good time management
6. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); and
7. Immediately available preferred.
