The successful candidate will be granted an internship opportunity working as an EF Course Leader from July to August 2017. This program is offered by the EF Language Travel division that mainly provides short-term overseas study tours, cultural exchange and language enhancement programs to students aged 7-17.  EF Language Travel has offices in 52 countries with the Hong Kong office as headquarters in Asia Pacific and it has campuses in more than 500 locations worldwide.

EF Overseas Course Leader 2017

Your Role

• Lead a group of EF students overseas for 2-4 weeks (Period A: Mid of July - Early of August; Peroid B: Late of July - Mid of August)

• Work with overseas production teams to ensure high quality study tour experience

• Responsible for students' safety, discipline and positive involvement throughout the trip

• Report to Hong Kong office about tour status on a regular basis

• Encourage an English speaking communication environment at all times

• Maintain a good relationship with internal and external parties

• Maintain an EF blog by uploading student photos regularly throughout the trip

• Take daily journal for the trip and perform post-tour debriefing to Hong Kong head office

Requirements

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Excellent customer service, leadership, problem solving and people skills

• TICHK Tour Escort License holder is an advantage

• Social service, teaching, or counseling background is preferred

• Enjoy teaching, playing, nurturing and taking care of children and teenagers

• Final Year University students with all of the above qualities will also be considered 

• Overseas studying/working experience is an advantage
