**They are looking for a lead web developer to head up their APAC operations

We're looking for passionate senior developers to help set a new standard for financial websites. You will leverage modern tools to build beautiful and intuitive applications.

As a leader, you will help manage and work alongside several teams of web developers to solve complex user-focused problems. You will work closely with engineers and digital professionals from teams based in Europe and North America as you implement the SDLC within an agile-focused environment. You will be responsible for designing and executing solutions with new and cutting edge Javascript frameworks. As a team lead, you will help define and enforce best practices across teams.

What You Will be Doing:

• Work closely with an amazing product design team to develop and iterate on user interfaces that bring simplicity to complicated financial data
• Develop web applications with cutting edge technology
• Engage in greenfield development projects
• Help build out a modular, customizable, internationalized, mobile-responsive platform
• Develop Front-end web applications
• Work with UI/UX designers, Business analysts, Project Analysts, Support Engineers and Data Scientists to design and run user experiments to help gauge the impact of new features
• Work with teams based in Europe and North America
• Work with cutting edge Javascript frameworks
• Prototype applications to evaluate new technologies as appropriate
• Enhance the performance of existing applications and services
• Work with a large team of engineers in a cross-functional environment implementing high-quality products
• Build and maintain innovative and engaging web applications for worldwide audiences
• Advise and collaborate with many enterprise development and product teams
• Plan development projects in an agile-focused environment with focus on fast-paced delivery and thoughtful iteration.
• Push technology, challenge established thinking and discover new ways of approaching (and solving) a problem.
• Provide status of engineering efforts on a daily basis

We're Looking for Someone With:

• Strong programming fundamentals
• A minimum of 3 years of industry experience
• Experience developing consumer-facing web applications
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Experience with modern web development tools and frameworks is a plus
• Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in finance 
• Dynamic and tenacious individual (Essential) with a 'positive & winning-attitude'
• Strong Communications in English
