Job Description

Position Summary

This is an excellent new role for a proven digital marketer looking for a position in an exciting growth company. We are looking for a passionate social/digital marketer with 4-5 years experience in social or digital marketing for our clients in the APAC region.

  • Strong project management skills with a dedication and eye for detail to manage digital and social media campaigns from start to finish.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing and building relationships with clients on a daily basis.
  • Happy to work in a fast growth, hard working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for all client needs to possess great consultative skills with deep sector/domain knowledge, detailed product knowledge, and understand the ecosystem of their customers 
  • Expert on our technology platform and approach to digital and social marketing success
  • Account set up, training and campaign assistance for clients
  • Creative proposal and ideation on developing digital campaign with the use case and reference.
  • Project manage digital media, social media campaigns from start to finish, offering best practice advice and insight at all stages of the project
  • Advise and implement successful long term social marketing strategies
  • Own and manage multiple client relationships and ensure client subscription renewal
  • Liaise with Sales and Project Management teams to onboard clients and deliver best in class campaigns

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in a team and handle extra demands during peak periods including some weekends
  • Must be comfortable dealing with senior marketers and staying on top of leading industry trends Must have strong internal management skills, liasing with Head Quarter, Regional Team, Designers, Developers and Product Engineers
  • Willingness to learn, desire to succeed and passion for the industry
  • Experience in digital agency background is a strong advantage
  • Must have excellent presentation and communication skills Intensely driven and self-motivated to achieve results
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, creative or language is preferable
  • less experience will be considered as Customer Success Executive / Assistant position
