Responsibilities:

• Handle corporate finance initiatives including M&A, financial advisory and fund raising activities
• Fully participate on deal life cycle including due diligence and execution process
• Responsible for reviewing feasibility study report and providing business and financial analysis on projects
• Conduct the research and provide analysis in capital market and related issues
• Prepare, coordinate and participate in annual and interim report publication
• Assist in ad-hoc project(s) when assigned

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• Qualified CPA is a must and CFA charter holder will be an advantage
• At least 3 years of handling financial advisory deals or IPO in Hong Kong or overseas markets and commercial experiences gained in listed company or PRC / Hong Kong Real Estate Industry will be an advantage
• Familiar with HK listing rules, relevant regulatory requirements and accounting standard
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including fluency of Putonghua)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
