Responsibilities 

• Report to Senior Manager of Group Reporting & Consolidation
• Coordinate with Global teams  on monthly consolidation process
• Report & analyze the Global financial results on a monthly basis
• Ensure Compliance with the rules and regulation of the Hong Kong stock exchange
• Ensure compliance of accounting policies & procedures
• Work closely with team on all aspects of group financial management, including statutory reporting,  group budgeting & forecasts, and tax planning,
• Work closely with operational finance team to provide accurate and meaningful financial  insights
• Support CFO and business leaders on group business strategies by providing relevant financial information and analysis for review and discussion.
• Review the companies’  internal control standards from time to time,  follow-thought with Internal audit findings and respective recommendations to enhance policies and procedures
• Be a key player to the Global implementation of Oracle Financial modules; to enhance the quality of reporting and analysis globally.
• Interact  with external parties such as auditors, legal & business consultants
• Participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Business disciplines preferred
• CPA/Professional qualification preferable,  Big Four professional background is of definite advantage
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• In depth understanding of HK Listing Rule & HKFRS
• Demonstrate competence in implementing and managing rigorous financial controls, financial management systems, and enterprise performance measures
• High energy individual, self starter, proactive and presentable with strong business acumen
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess with cultural sensitivity and international mind-set. Experience with working through a global matrix and partnering successfully with foreign subsidiaries. 
• Excellent written and spoken English, Good Mandarin
• Experience with ERP/ HFM /Oracle Financial implementation is preferred
