Job Description

Department:Administration Department
Business Card Title:Admin. Assistant
Report To:Senior Manager
Working Location:Hong Kong

Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

  • Provide reception service at front desk by greeting visitors on arrival and directing visitors to their destination;
  • Responsible for answer the telephone and transfer professionally;
  • Responsible for employee attendance record summary;
  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative management, such as office supplies management, receiving and registering all incoming/outgoing posts including express;
  • Responsible for hotel and air tickets reservation;
  • Responsible for file contracts, invoices and related documentation;
  • Assist the Manager to do other administrative work.

 Job Requirements

Skills

  • Excellent oral express and communication ability, with affinity
  • Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good professionalism and teamwork spirit
  • Proficiency in office automation software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and so on

Educational Background

  • Bachelor/above degree, major in English, Law or Accounting

Experience

  • Related working experiences in administrative function is preferred.
