- Process administration issues accurately and within targeted turnaround time
- Verify data from various daily, monthly report to ensure high accuracy rate of processing
- Prepare and distribute contract, medical card and fulfillment package
- Follow up requests from customer and internal department within targeted turnaround time
- Work closely with Manager to manage the team and to keep track of work volume
Job Requirements
- At least 1 years of administration or customer service experience in Banking or Insurance company is preferred
- Knowledge of Insurance, Proficient in MS Office, especially Power Point, Excel and Word
- Good organizational skills, multitasking skills and detail oriented
- Responsible, self-motivated and a good team player
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a advantage
