Job Duties:

• Perform claim processing including claim assessment
• Assist to manage daily operation and prepare regular claims reports and analysis
• Handle enquiries from agency and other parties
• Prepare user requirements and perform UAT
• Maintain the service standard and ensure the quality of work of the team
• Support ad hoc projects as requested

Requirements:

• University graduate in any disciplines
• Professional qualification or partial fulfillment of FLMI or ICA
• Minimum 4 years’ solid experience in Claims area of life insurance field
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Temporary Claims Manager
