Responsibilities

• To lead Business Development Team to plan and implement  long-term strategic plans and develop our business in commercial building management
• To drive marketing concepts into practical selling tools and operational readiness for business development purposes
• To maintain good relationship with business partners and clients
• To develop new major account relationship and identify the future growth initiatives
• To monitor business development progress to achieve company goals

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Housing Studies or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Facilities/ Property Management industry with not less than 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic leadership, market network and business acumen
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
