Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate the day-to-day operation for consumer insurance in policy administration, so as to ensure efficiencies high quality policy issuance and other administration services are provided
  • To collate information and produce documents to support the operation and management of the business
  • To ensure policy are delivering quality and timely to both internal and external customers
  • To exceed customer expectation by achieving all SLAs including response time, accuracy and turnaround time
  • Provide general support to the team member as well as department administration

 

Job Requirement:

  • Form 5 or above
  • 2-3 years’ back-office support experience in insurance industry
  • Fast & accurate typing skills
  • Diligent and willing to learn
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Flexible and customer-oriented
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills including spoken and written English
