Looking to work with one of the leading Contractors in Asia?
Our client is currently inviting candidates for the role of a Site Administrative Officer to join their team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide site office administrative and clerical support
- To assist in performing on-site personnel functions including attendance, training and leave records keeping
- To assist in ordering, receiving and distribution of construction materials
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 5 years' administrative experience;
- Site office experience is much preferred;
- Good command of both spoken & written English, Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Immediate available is highly preferred
