Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
-
Follow up sales orders and provide assistance for sales team
- Issue invoice, delivery notes, packing list, PO and otherrelated documents
- Liaise with internal departments for daily production activities.
- Handle customer’s enquiries by telephone, fax and email etc.
- Maintain and ensure customer’s database is updated.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business (Fresh graduate is preferred).
- Proficient in PC applications including Word and Excel processing.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (good spoken Putonghua is an advantage).
- Good telephone manner, good interpersonal and communication skills, willing to learn and can work under pressure.
- Immediate available will be an advantage.
