Contract IT Support (Ref: ACO - HO)
(Working Location: North Point)

Requirements:

• Vocational Training Council / Technology Institute graduated in Computer Science related discipline or above
• Knowledge in PC/Server installation and configuration, TCP/IP, LAN installation, WLAN installation, etc
• Knowledge in VBA Macro/Access programming should be an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and willing to learn
• Good command of spoken Cantonese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• At least 1 year experience in technical support environment
• Good working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, be a good team player in the IT Department and all users

Responsibilities:

• To provide help desk support and solution to end users, perform hardware/software installation and configuration
• Assist in system administration and monitoring
• Assist in network upgrade and enhancement
• Assist in hardware/software procurement
• Documentation of all IT related issues， Maintain and keep track record of all related IT Inventory of the company
