Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to staffing, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, employee relations etc
- Responsible for full spectrum of administrative functions including office repair and maintenance, office procurement, stationery ordering, etc.
- Assist in preparing various kinds of HR reports
- Renewal Employment Compensation Insurance
- Maintain and update staff records filing system, including personneal files, leave records (annual leaves, sick leave) update
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Min 5 years relevant working experience;
- Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Laws
- Good Computer in MS Office (MS Word & Excel);
- Immediate available.
- Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Admin Manager
