Technical Director (footwear)

Duties:

• Responsible and lead the technical team for sample
• Provide technical support and guidance to technical team and factory for sample and mass production
• Work with overseas customers and other internal department in China and overseas
• Solve technical problems
• Responsible for the product library
• Update technical skills and provide training to technicians and factories
• Responsible for fitting and models in production
• Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 10 years or above solid related working experience in footwear industry
• Good at footwear sampling, fitting & models
• Strong technical knowledge in footwear sampling and production
• Good communications skills (overseas clients, technicians and factory)
• Good at both written and spoken of English and Chinese  (Mandarin)
• Stationed at Guangdong but occassionally travel to other cities to provide technical support is required
