To cope with our recent development in embedded business, we are currently recruiting high caliber for the position of Assistant Product Manager.

The Job

The candidate is responsible to monitor and push the embedded business; Coordinate with sales and design engineering departments; Accountable to oversee all aspects from Engineering to Production; Capable to lead projects with value engineering and manufacturing control, thus have excellent technical problem solving skills with internal teams, clients and vendors. He/she will develop plan, prioritize processes to ensure delivery of products; possesses hands on experience in components sourcing and to coordinate with vendors to ensure manufacturability of product while maintaining requirements, safety standards and achieving cost targets.

The Ideal Candidate

Must have electronic engineering background with relevant degree in electrical, electronic or computer engineering; familiar with PC, ARM architecture, software application; with minimum 5 years work experience in related electronic manufacturing field; both aggressive and open minded, he/she should be able to operate effectively both in a team and as an individual contributor as well as to demonstrate proven experience of leading engineering projects and vendor management. The suitable candidate should must have excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills (English & Mandarin, Japanese is a plus).

Occasional travel to Shenzhen and Dongguan is required.
