Responsibilities

• Formulate marketing strategies to meet business objectives
• Develop and monitor promotional and advertising activities
• Monitor market conditions and competitors’ products, prices and sales to keep management abreast of market environment and business opportunities
• Plan and implement the strategies on branding, marketing and sales initiatives
• Manage and utilize the use of all the marketing channels including online and offline
• Coordinate the plan, logistic and production of marketing materials
• Plan and execute the strategies on CRM and loyalty program
• Establish the business network, media contacts and the appropriate partners to maximize the buzz of the marketing program
• Deal with various parties in different kinds of promotion activities with supervision on marketing budget
• Lead marketing or consumer research, monitor and evaluate the on-going marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• A minimum 10 years related experience, preferably gain in FMCG industry
• Excellent command of spoken and written English , Cantonese and Putonghua
• A good team player with strong leadership and business sense, superior negotiation skills and analytical ability,possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability is preferred
