Our client, a PRC background company, is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:

Responsibility:

• Assist in IPO and M&A activities in reviewing listing and transaction documents and providing risk-appropriate advice.
• Drafting and review regular transaction documents, business letters and other legal documents, to ensure that the company’s legal interests are protected.
• Provide day-to-day compliance advice to holdings and subsidiaries
• Participate in the group IPO process according to Hong Kong listing rules
• Liaise with internal and external legal specialists

Requirement:

• Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong
• In-house experience in PRC background company covering financing, equity investment, M&A transactions
• Experience in Hong Kong IPO project and familiar with Hong Kong listing rules
• Solid drafting and communication skills
• Strong communication skills with English and Mandarin.
