We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Manager Corporate Real Estate Support.

In this role, you will

  • Assist in leading the implementation of a broad range of projects and initiatives for the improvement of internal control management
  • Oversee the continual reassessment of risks inherent in the business, taking into account of changing economic, market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, and make recommendations for change to senior management to minimise exposure to transactional losses and to maintain operational integrity
  • Provide clear unambiguous guidance to Relationship Management teams on all aspects of Governance including policy, procedures and market intelligence
  • Liaise and work with other areas and segments of the Bank to ensure the best possible experience and outcomes for clients, employees and the Bank
  • Provide technical leadership and support technical excellence by searching out external best practice, monitoring technical and professional developments, sharing knowledge and encouraging others to do the same in the best interests of the banks and its customers

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in business, related field or equivalent experience
  • Experienced in implementing the group compliance policy by adhering to all relevant processes, keeping appropriate records in timely implementation of internal and external audit points
  • Prior experience in implementing measures to contain compliance risk across the business area
  • Able to balance interests between the banks requirement and customers experiences
  • Able to influence and guide the team in any task given
  • Self motivated and driven to succeed in building strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese with knowledge in Mandarin preferred
