Responsibilities

• Handle client’s enquiries regarding loan products with good customer service skills
• Assist the Loan Customer Services teams in HK to handle in-bound calls, emails and internet request in a timely, courteous and professional manner
• Provide admin support to the team as required
• Maintain relationship with existing and potential customers

Requirements

• Diploma holder in any disciplines
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer services preferable from banks or finance company
• Understanding of loan products will be in advantage
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
