Our client, one of the local bank in Hong Kong, is now looking for high caliber candidates to fill in their position of District Manager.

 Responsibilities

• Monitor the Financial Planning Manager Team and to ensure they meet the assigned target
• Implement the Bancassurance marketing and sales strategies for meeting the business targets
• Monitor branch sales and encourage insurance sales momentum
• Provide joint call support, training and coaching to bank staff on insurance knowledge and selling skills
• Organize insurance workshop and sales activities
• Analyze market information and competitors’ strategies, and to recommend business tactics to front line staff

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent
• Qualification of CFP/CFA/FLMI is an advantage
• Possess IIQAS and other required qualifications under SFC and HKFI
• Minimum 5 years of Bancassurance experience in sales and marketing
• Experience on sales and people management is a must
• Strong in customer selling and sound relationship building skills with branch staff
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
