Our Client, an financial information provider to hedge funds and private equity is rapidly expanding their operation and is currently looking to hire a Research Analyst

Job Description:

• Using internal and external tools to source Industry specialists
• Able to identify new sources of specialists wherever possible
• To recruit specialists to our specialist network
• To facilitate consultations; scheduling calls between our clients and specialists, arranging for interpreters, assisting specialists complete pre-consultation processes
• Working within current team in Hong Kong and an Operation team in London to ensure projects are completed successfully and within the required timescales
• Generating effective work plans for projects and execute appropriately
• Continuously review processes and make suggestions for improvements where necessary
• Carry out post -consultation and post -project calls to gather feedback
• Building relationships with clients and deliver consistently good service

Qualifications:

• Vietnamese speaker with fluent in English
• Able to communicate effectively and build relationships
• Able to carry out research and take a focused and logical approach to project work
• Have a strong general business understanding and common sense
• IT literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
• Good educational background
• Outstanding social and networking skills
• Ability to convince (great sales skills)
• Willing to work in a busy environment which is, at times, high pressure
• Flexible, motivated and willing to ‘go the extra mile’ also resourceful and creative
