We offer 5 function-specific Associate Programs, “Business”, “Production”, “Technical”, “Finance”, “Human Resources”. Each of them is designed to unlock your leadership potential and shape your capabilities in the respective profession through a 30 to 36-month dynamic and fruitful learning journey. Moreover, there are follow-through initiatives upon completion of Associate Program to support our Associates continue to grow as our future leaders.

Our program includes:

Orientation and familiarisation: You will go through a comprehensive orientation which enhance your understanding of our corporate culture and management practices, acquisition of basic garment manufacturing and products knowledge for building a good foundation to excel.

Functional Attachment: This attachment is designed to develop your industry knowledge and build your business experience, while allowing practical application of skills learnt. You will be responsible for your own area of work or even lead a team very early on in your career.

Technical Training: You’ll receive industry-specific and technical training throughout the program for building your professional know-how.

Management Skill Training: You’ll receive a series of management and leadership skills training to build management capabilities and broaden your internal networks.

Mentoring and Coaching: You will be personally mentored and coached by senior executives to facilitate your professional development.

Expectations on applicants

• Holds a recognised university degree, and
• For “Production” Associate, preferably Industrial/ Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines
• For “Technical” Associate, preferably Industrial/ Manufacturing Engineering, Fashion & Textiles or related disciplines
• For “Finance” Associate, preferably Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines
• Passion in garment and fashion industry
• Excellent communication skill, and proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Willing to station in Mainland China, and travel to other countries for long- or short-term assignments
