  • Process policy administration issues accurately and within targeted turnaround time
  • Verify data from various daily, monthly report to ensure high accuracy rate of processing
  • Prepare and distribute contract, medical card and fulfillment package
  • Follow up requests from customer and internal department within targeted turnaround time
  • Work closely with Manager to manage the team and to keep track of work volume

 

Requirement

  • At least 1 years of administration experience in Banking or Insurance company is preferred
  • Knowledge of Insurance, Proficient in MS Office, especially Power Point, Excel and Word
  • Good organizational skills, multitasking skills and detail oriented
  • Responsible, self-motivated and a good team player
  • Fluent in both English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a advantage
