• Responsible for leading a sales team and managing sales activities of the team by leveraging our broad range of products and services to provide one-stop solutions for clients;
• Formulate client acquisition tactics and direct sales force to expand client base through prospecting and increasing clients’ portfolio by cross-selling to achieve desired plans and objectives;
• Formulates sales strategies and liaise with intermediaries for execution; 
• Communicate and build relationships with Brokers for business development; 
• Monitor sales performance of the team to ensure assigned target is met. 

Requirements:

• Experienced sales team leader in financial institutions with experience of leading frontline sales in a Wealth Management & Banking environment; 
• University graduate with over 13 years experience; 
• Tertiary or university-level education in any discipline, preferably in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
• SFC or HKMA license is a must
• Strong leadership, proactive and results driven
• Good level of verbal English and Chinese, with Putonghua an advantage
