Job Description
- Responsible for leading a sales team and managing sales activities of the team by leveraging our broad range of products and services to provide one-stop solutions for clients;
- Formulate client acquisition tactics and direct sales force to expand client base through prospecting and increasing clients’ portfolio by cross-selling to achieve desired plans and objectives;
- Formulates sales strategies and liaise with intermediaries for execution;
- Communicate and build relationships with Brokers for business development;
- Monitor sales performance of the team to ensure assigned target is met.
Requirements:
- Experienced sales team leader in financial institutions with experience of leading frontline sales in a Wealth Management & Banking environment;
- University graduate with over 13 years experience;
- Tertiary or university-level education in any discipline, preferably in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
- SFC or HKMA license is a must
- Strong leadership, proactive and results driven
- Good level of verbal English and Chinese, with Putonghua an advantage
