• Report to Chairman, Business Development for institutional or HNW Clients and grow the revenue amid with its Asset Under Management
• Develop Strategies, supervise and implement the Company's business either securities, commodities, portfolio management and Asset Management
• Oversee the related business operations of the company and ensure the operations are complied with SFC regulations
• Provide advice on the securities matters and support the Management on strategic planning and project implementation
• Involve in the marketing planning, business development, capital raising projects, etc
• Develop business and client acquisition, promote the company and business. 
• Independently manage portfolio, conduct research analysis to support portfolio decisions.
• Keep the Board promptly and fully informed of the conduct of the business and comply with all legal and compliance issues. 

Qualification 

• Degree or above in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Law or related discipline
• Licensed Holder of SFC Type 1 & Type 9 , holder of Type 4 is a plus
• Min. 6-8 years' relevant working experience as Responsible Officer of Funds, HF or exposure in Disc. Accounts or Proprietary Investment  OR Corporate Finance OR Wealth Management 
• Supervise Research, Trading and settlement operations and reports
• Experience in managing private funds, PE, equities funds, dis. products, and portfolio management
• Analytical, Attentive to details, able to work independently 
• Sound knowledge in SFC Regulatory regime 
• Fluency in English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) in both spoken and written
