Job responsibilities:

• Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC regulated activities of the firm ;
• Manage daily operations to ensure full regulatory compliance;
• Assist in all private fund projects, including fund structure set up, sales & marketing, product development;
• Comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices

 Job requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related disciplines
• Solid understanding of regulations and guidelines in lines with the regulatory authorities.
• Current Type 4,9 Responsible Officer with fund management experience
• Experience in new fund/ PE ( e.g. LP/GP...)set up, familiar with relates parties such as fund admin...etc.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin and Cantonese
