Responsibilities:

• Achieving Sales Target aligning day-to-day work with refreshed strategy and deliver business results;
• Land the organization structure of Personal Client, Client Relationships in HK;
• Deepen, broaden and selectively grow client relationships;
• Transform from product focused to segment focused;
• Maximize business from quality lead handling;
• Deepen, broaden and selectively grow client relationships;
• Equip with multi product knowledge and skill to provide better service and sales;
• Understand needs of clients before having sales conversation;
• Comply with the Bank Policy;
• Fulfil regular checking performed by respective parties to ensure compliance to the Bank Policy.

Requirements:

• Relevant sales working experience;
• Good team work, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
