The Job

• Develop trendy ideas and visual arts direction for e-Commerce website, Mobile Apps and emerging channels
• Improve the transaction rate of the e-Commerce website via creative interface, motion, navigation and graphics
• Coordinate with Marketing Department, Merchandising Department & external vendors to launch different Digital Marketing Campaigns
• Work with Merchandising team to plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns and materials to promote different products on the website and comply with relevant rules and regulations
• Setup daily, weekly and monthly workflows and procedures to monitor and assure the service for different products among different vendors

 

The Person

• Bachelor’s Degree in e-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in web/ digital interactive creative design
• Competent in transforming ideas or concepts to final visual products
• Proven track record of web interface, graphic and typographic design
• Good command and knowledge of use in Flash, Photoshop, After Effect, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, HTML, DHTML and CSS
• Able to adapt to quick changes and work independently
• Good team work and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and complete projects in a timely manner
