About the Company

Our client is a World leading Swiss luxury timepiece brand with business across the globe, as the business is growing rapidly, they are now looking for a Customer Service & Repair Centre Opeartion Manager to join the team.

About the Role

  • Achieve delivery lead times, repair quality and to build a strong Brand image through delivering qualitative Customer care interaction
  • Manage and lead the daily operation of CS team and Repair Centre Technicians and Watchmakers
  • Report to CEO and, functionally to the Global Brand Customer Service Director and Regional Customer Service Manager.
  • Supervise and improve the existing Customer Service infrastructure in HK
  • Assist authorized retailers/independent centers to keep their service capabilities up to date and up to brand standards.
  • Manage the repair volume with adequate specialized cells (diagnosis, polishing, final control) internally and with adequate subcontracting for external technical interventions
  • Organize national seminars on deported repair technics / procedures and/or to deploy on Client Care initiatives.
  • Actively promoting the brand's luxury image to build up customer loyalty and smooth collaboration with the distribution network

About the Person

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum of 7 years of Customer Service experience in Luxury Timepiece sector, experience in managing a Repair Service Centre is preferred
  • Must be technically knowledgeable in Luxury Swiss made timepiece mechanism
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Empathetic and passionate for customer service excellence
  • Able to multitask and demonstrates prioritization skills
