Our client, a public listed company in Hong Kong, is currently looking for a high caliber to join with their expanding team.

Responsibilities:-

• Proactively gather internal procurement needs, develop & implement procurement strategy for different professional services (i.e. accounting & finance / HR / consultancy, etc).
• Work with internal clients to define requirement, source service providers/suppliers, conduct tendering, evaluate proposal, negotiate price/terms and award order.
• Provide advice on policies & procedures and best practices regarding purchase activities, tactics and contractual terms.
• Ensure that related documentation complies with approved policies and standards.
• Support corporate procurement initiatives.

Requirements:-

• Degree or relevant professional qualifications in purchasing/supply management/business administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experiencein procurement & tendering activities.
• Experience and knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, inter-personal and negotiation skills.
• Good commercial sense and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-driven possess good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Procurement Officer.
