Job Duties:

• Follows up customer’s enquiry and prepare the quotation;
• Plans and co-ordinates projects;
• Co-ordinates with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, venue and site staff to ensure the operation plan and schedule with well and smooth completion;
• Day-to-day liaises with clients and suppliers for the job progress;
• On-site monitors the setup and dismantling and acts as a contact point to ensure the project runs effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Diploma holders or above in Architecture / Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines;
• 1-2 years' working experience in operation of event management / marketing / hospitality industry;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Good communication skills, detail-minded, energetic, pleasant and outgoing personality;
• Good time management and organization skills, multi-tasking and capable of meeting tight schedule;
• Able to work independently, under pressure and willing to work on public holidays and outdoor works;
• Applicant with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive;
