Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and management of fitting out projects and A&A works
• Supervise projects progress and sub-contractors’ site installation works
• Coordinate with internal users’ department, landlords, building management, sub-contractors for the renovation and fitting out works to achieved an agreed scope of works and work schedule
• Check work done by contractors to ensure compliance with specifications

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building Services/ E&M Engineering or equivalent disciplines
  
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in fitting out projects is an advantage
• Good project management, communication, planning and problems solving skills
• Good knowledge of local building regulations and practices is an advantage
• Positive work attitude, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
