CallisonRTKL seeks a Senior Interior Designer to join its Commercial Practice Group located in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Experience in retail, mixed-use and shopping mall interiors

• Reporting to Associate level or above on projects assigned on a day to day basis

• Possesses strong free-hand drawing skills and graphic representation

• To prepare, and develop with the team where required, drawings, 3D renderings, design packages and other associated documents

• Developing designs according to a brief that are functional, appealing and appropriate

• Strong technical skills

• To take responsibility for the development of the design and the project

• Collaborates with other lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related design field

• 4-8 years of interior design experience

• Strong verbal and written language skills in both Mandarin and English

• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently

• Excellent organizational skills

• Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and time efficiently

• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design

• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team

• Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships

• Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup, 3D Max, Photoshop, Indesign or other design programs

• LEED accredited/Professional accreditation preferred

• Hong Kong permanent resident preferred
